Senior SharePoint Office 365 Solutions Architect

Alcero is a company specializing in the development, installation and deployment of solutions based on Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft technologies in the following areas: intranet, extranet, integrated document management and governance and compliance center. The successful candidate will work on-site with clients to analyze their business needs, elicit necessary information, document their requirements and produce a functional vision.

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead and work with an implementation team
• Develop master plans for solution implementation
• Participate in analysis and lead the design of SharePoint and Office 365 solutions
• Produce complete architecture documentation
• Analyze and document the functional requirements for solutions
• Analyze, synthesize and communicate clients’ needs

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to accurately interpret the client’s needs
• Ability to work directly with clients to elicit the information required for documenting needs and producing a functional vision
• Hands-on experience as a solutions architect
• Knowledge of integrated document management concepts (asset)
• Detailed understanding of the technical architecture of SharePoint and Office 365
• Thorough understanding and mastery of integrated document management (training provided if needed)
• Minimum 5 years experience in SharePoint solutions architecture and development
• Understanding and mastery of SharePoint and Office 365 document and data architecture
• Ability to work independently
• Self-starter
• Strong ability to adjust to changes and learn quickly
• Ability to solve problems and propose alternative solutions
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English)
